Introduction:
Hello! Welcome to the December Edition of the Animal Safe Official Newsletter! In this newsletter, we’ll be covering the latest information of the very last month of this year! This may have seemed like a sad year, but there are still some upsides we can look at. Let’s take a look at this merry newsletter!

Latest Information:
Covid affects animal testing
Animal testing and many other related to the Animal Welfare Act were affected by Covid-19. Some researchers who tested on animals, were scared that the virus may spread onto the animals, which meant they may possibly kill them, but the AWC (Animal Welfare Act) prevented that from happening.
Animal testing hasn’t changed
According to Peta, animal testing still hasn’t changed. 300,000 animals each year in China alone are still being used for animal testing. Many companies do loopholes in the laws such as sending their products off to other countries which have no welfare act, and then getting the animals to be tested on. Then the products get sent back with no consequences.

Fun Facts:
There are far fewer laws protecting animals in Asia from cruelty and exploration than other continents.
Many dogs are left on the streets in China, leaving them to contract diseases, get sick or possibly die.

If you would like to get your information quicker without having to wait for the latest newsletter to drop, then signing up and joining our group would be great for you! We post some sneak peeks on our latest newsletters and some information that may not be in the newsletter! Unfortunately, we may be inactive due to school and other activities. We will try our best to all stay active, and our newsletter will be posted each month.
